CGI issue with w2box

Hi,

This issue has been driving me crazy and I hope one of you good folks can help me out.

I installed http://labs.beffa.org/w2box/ on my localhost today but when I try to upload something the progress bar just sits there.

My shebang line is - #!c:\xampp\perl\bin\perl.exe

From my error log:
