XAMPP Not Working

Hello,

I have a problem with my xampp software because it is not working. Last time it is working but after a few days that I didn't use xampp and I tried to run for the development of my website, I can't browse my localhost.

I uninstall the xampp and tried to install it again however same problems appears and it is still not working like before. Could you please help me what's is the problem with my xampp software? I already deleted some of my cookes but still doesn't work.
