Hello,

I have the XAMPP 1.5.5. installed at my pc for offline building of my website with Joomla v1.5.
Everything worked fine as localhost until I created another user account under my WinXP and installing the network printer.
After that, when i start the server with xampp_start, I see in the window that socket cannot be binded and the IP address is 0.0.0.0:80 which is absolutely different from the default IP.
I tried to unpack XAMPP again to the same directory without any result.

What to do?

Why not?

thanks for your efforts. i solved the problem.
skype was taking the port 80.
solution:
Skype->Tools->Options->Advanced->Connection->UNCHECK "Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections"
