trouble at create data base

Hi hope some one can help me, new at this stuff. Have installed XAMPP to run Zencart.
Set up local domain, test ok
Configure Apache, test ok
Configure Mercury, test ok
From my browser http://www.example.com/phpmyadmin get blank page,
try example.com & localhost all i get now is,

welcome to example.com.
services available on this server:
mailing list subscription management services

Only have 30.09MB of memory left? will that do it
