Redirecting clients without certificate ? HELP

I want to redirect clients without certificate to another page (to a html page) when trying to navigate to a restricted directory.
I use SSLRequire expression in the configuration file for this restricted directory and a index.html file as the DirectoryIndex.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
