Configure Xammp with Dynamic IP address

Hello,
I have successfully installed xampp and my site is working great. The only issue I have now is that I have to keep changing my IP address in the htdconf file and at the DNS site. What do I specify in htdconf to listen for the changing IP?

Simply replace the IP with a wild card cymbal, an asterisk *, or paste here the relevant sections of your httpd.conf file or the httpd-vhosts.conf file.

Listen *:80

Is that right? This entry is in my httpd file.
