A problem with XAMPP...

Hi.

I first started using Apache Web Server 2.2 to build up my website, and a separate MySQL. I made a website using Perl, and in there, I stored up my MySQL passwords and all.

And one day I decided to change using XAMPP.

And all these problems became apparent. Everytime I try to open the .pl files, those with codings and all, my page does not display the CSS backgrounds and such (when using normal Apache, it works). Worse of all, I cannot access my database.

I need help... Will anyone help me?
