Open the XAMPP Control Panel, click on Help, click on Support...
Then look for the support link or go to the author's home page and tell your story to the XAMPP Control Panel's author, this is a third party inclusion in XAMPP and as such, the developers of XAMPP have no control over personal customization of the XAMPP Control Panel.

If you feel you are a competent enough programmer and you wish to get things done quicker, or you wish to customize the CP for your own particular needs, then download the source code, then you can fix this petty issue of yours all by yourself.
