xampp can't start apache on ibm pc ?

hello
i use xampp in other computer
but on ibm computer can't start apache he show
error message number
0xc0150002
what the problem please ?

Read this and try to use the bat files to start Apache then paste here any error messages
in full this time not just what you think is needed:

Read all the items in the above 2 links in full will help.
Did you follow the installation instruction when you installed on the other PC that is not working?
Try and explain what you have done including anything at all that may help your case.
