I need to switch from PHP5 to PHP4, and using the switch utility tells me Apache is running. So I open the Xampp control panel to shut down Apache, and it tells me error -1, Busy.
It runs as a service, so I attempt stopping the service (either through the Apache control panel, or the Windows services one), but it won't shut down.
Any idea where I should turn left?
