MYSQL Control Panel | MYSQL Help Needed!

G'day to all the forum members,
I am currently new here and a bit confused with XAMPP.

Here are the problems:

• When i enter the MYSQL Control Panel, it shut's down after 5 second's upon open.
• I get this error when i try to use the mysql_start.bat file: Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: Invalid Argument (WTH?).
• When i open mysqladmin.exe to change passwords, it does not pause or anything, it just write's up English and in a credit's sort of way it move's up then exit's the file.
