Can't find tomcat_installservice.bat

I'm a newbie of XAMPP. I try to install tomcat addon as a service in WinXP environment using the ZIP package. However, I'm not able to find the
.\xampp\tomcat\tomcat_installservice.bat
as told in the readme file. Is this file missing or is there any way that I can manually install tomcat as a service in XP?
