hy to all first.

i am new in this xampp thing and i need some help.

I want somthing like cpanel but use with xampp from were i can make database users .... in phpmyadmin .... and somthing like cpanel for users so they can manage the account make database dell database .... ..


like i want to make an webhost and i need the parts for admin and users ... if some one understand.
