Well, I created some interesting Mods for the XAMPP. To everybody who already have the .NET MOD and/or the TOMCAT MOD installed can use this topic.
To everybody who wants to know more about it, I've add a Status control for the .NET and fixed the function "line" inside the status.php file, that in 1.6.4 XAMPP version is like failed.
