Strange error

I am getting the following errors when I try to run XAMPP. I can't seem to figure out why. Everything looks ok, so should I uninstall and install it all over again?

Something has deleted the file "D:\xampp\htdocs\xampp\lang.tmp".

Just create a new (empty) file.
