Running Apache as service but get "Access denied"

Hi,

I just installed XAMPP for Windows on a XP Professional SP2 machine and I'd like to run Apache as service. Install etc. worked fine but when I try to start the Apache service I get a "Access denied" error message. The Service runs under "Local System".

When I start Apache manually using the apache_start.bat the Apache works fine!!
