Port 3306 Busy

Yes.. I'm trying to use xampp on my server box and i cant get port 3306 to run for myssql says that it is busy.. Please how do i change it the port.. I tried to search forums.. but i couldnt find one with good guide.. some of them tell you to do something to lines when there isnt even a line there.. Could someone help me out please..
