XAMPP 1.6.4 on Windows Server 2003 SBS?

Hi folks,

I'm hoping to install XAMPP 1.6.4 on a pc running Windows Server 2003 SBS Standard Edition. Was just wondering if I'll need to "turn off" Internet Information Services (IIS) in order for it to work or not. Thankfully I don't really need any of the services that IIS provides, but it would be nice to have both XAMPP and IIS running at the same time.
