Installing Ldap on xampp (?)

I have tried a few times now to install LDAP on my xampp installation on windows. ( Newest version! ).

Everytime i tried to install the LDAP plugin for php , I fail. I cannot figure it out, how i can install it and get it to work.

Could anyone refer me / write a quick step 2 step for installing Ldap plugin ?

In regards if I didnt make myself to clear,

LDAP is a PHP plugin and I need it very very much now , trying to make some automated things at work.
