hosting files for my domain

Just installed XAMPP and it seems to work nice. I have a domain and a server at hosting2go.nl
Now I want the website hosted at my regular server, but I want XAMPP to be the host for the FFMPEG, Lame, Vorbis etc.
How do I achive this and how do I refer to Xampp within the website as it is hosted on hosting2go ?
The problem is that my own host doesn't support ffmpeg and I want to host it on my own pc until the new domain is active. (in about 3 months after testing)
