IP Addresses Not Showing in Apache Log or with PHP
Posted: 28. September 2007 23:26I just installed xampp on windows 2000 and in my apache log file there is no ip address of users accessing my site all it shows is 0.0.0.0
I have a ip address thing that shows a users ip address the source is

echo $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];
?>
all it shows is 0.0.0.0 did i do something wrong? Do i need to add something i just recovered from a hard drive melt down so not everything got backed up. I dont remember doing anything besides installing xampp and before the hard drive got screwed up everything was working fine. The server is behind a router and the port is open and the ip of the server is dmz
