Problem Executing XAMPP on Windows Vista Home Premium

Hello there.

A simple way to use xampp on Vista is to just use the self extracting 7z file. Extract to desktop and run setup_xampp.bat. Then edit the httpd.conf and change the ports from 80 to 8080. Then run xampp_start.exe. And Voila it works.

This is all run on a Vista Premium with 1gb on the NTFS Format.
