i setup xampp successful, then i setup a VBB forum but, and any1 can access to this, too. But i connect my Lan to another Lan have different IP ( my Lan have Ip like 192.168.1.* but this 1 have 192.168.14.*, how do I config my xampp to all ip can connect to my forum, plz, really nead

There is nothing to configure in XAMPP.

But i connect my Lan to another Lan have different IP ( my Lan have Ip like 192.168.1.* but this 1 have 192.168.14.*

Just make shure, that the router between 192.168.1.* and 192.168.14.* is correkt configured (e.g. a "ping" between both LANs must work).

Maybe you are trying to connect to your server from different PC by using domain "localhost"?
turn off all firewalls...
