Postby Gully Foyle » 12. September 2007 15:51

I use the Xampp on my computer. It is my test enviroment. When I try to "upload" a file, it's need a user name and a password.

What is the default user and password for file upload?

"newuser" and "wampp" doesn't work.

If I use FCK editor and I try to "upload" an image to the server, it's need user name and password. I simple use the browse option in the editor and a choose a local directory on drive C: and after I try to "upload" the picture to the localhost. Localhots is on the on C: drive too.

I can't upload file... Why it's need any password? When I used wamp or any other webserver, there was no problem with it.

This is not an FCK editor problem, it was only an example... I use Xampp with the default settings.

This is not an FCK editor problem,

Sure?
- The XAMPP Demopages are working correkt?
- With a simple PHP upload you can't upload a file?
