SLL

hi everyone

i want to know how to use SLL in XAMPP

i can only use sll in only my computer(local host)
but when i use other computers to point to the address of web page in my computer it cannot use sll ?
totally, sll in XAMPP can only use one computer at the same time otherwise the real internet is not!

can any one help me? thank you in advance...
