Apache Service Intermitantly Dies

Hello,
I am running a virgin install of the newest XAMPP 1.6.3a on a Windows 2003 Enterprise Server with all the latest updates and Service Packs.

The issue that I am running into is that the Apache Server hangs every couple of hours and I have to restart the service thru the XAMPP CP, and will run up to over 350mb of memory usage in the process table. I run about 30 websites on this server and it has dual 3gb Intel Pentium 4 CPU's with 2GB DDR2 Ram.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, is there a common fix or workaround?
