How to remove mysql ? in order to remove xampp

I wanted to remove xampp in order to put it in another place.
I cannot delete myspl, I get the message that myspl.exe is in use ..
What can I do ??

Left-click on the XAMPP Control Panel Application (orange icon), which may be in the system tray, click "Stop", uncheck the Service checkbox. You will be asked if you want to uninstall the MySQL service. If Apache is running, stop Apache, too, and click Exit.

That ought to do it.
