can anyone help? <virtual host>

i am trying to get a second domain set up on my computer, i am using the newest release of xampp for windows, i was told by a buddy that you can add in a virtual host code into the httpd.conf file in appache\config but i cant quite figure out how to do it or the right "code" to add in there

can anyone here help me with this??
