Xampp on Windows Mobile...!

I've been thinking during months ago to propose a project to have Xampp running on Windows Mobile.
Why ??
Well, to have a Xampp Lite running on Hand Helds or Smartphones and make LAMP Lite applications (like Mobile Inventory, Mobile Sales, Mobile Assets, etc..) and when we connect the Hand Held or Smartphone to the network, we can upload the information to the server using only the IP of the PDA. Or upload information to the PDA for Sales Representatives. Inclusive in Hotels to make Inventories in rooms.
Well, if someone knows about a project like this or the persons in charge of Xampp are interest, i propose my help....
