All My Sites Open On The Xammp Page

I Am New To Apache I Found Your Site For Xammp ..
I Run MS 2003 Server & Wanted To Run Apache..
I Have So Many Problems I Don't Know Where To Start...
1) Xammp Install Without Any Problem But When Anyone Access My Site, All They See Is The Xammp Page
2)I Check Security Via The Control Panel, But It Shows Only A Table & I Have No Options To Access Or Edit The Settings.
I Have Added The Virtual Hosts In A Variation Of Formats, But Still My Site Wont Show.
What Am I Missing Here? Why Havent I Got The Option To Edit The Security Settings, Like The Screenshots I Have Seen On Your Site?
Why Wont My Pages Display For My Website? I Am Using This At The End Of The Apache .conf File NameVirtualHost 60.242.139.84
