Installation problem

Hello
I am new at this and have installed version 1.4.16 because I was told it works for Zen-Cart e-store.
ThePorts are correct and the firewall is off. The Server Panel shows all services running.
When I connect on Explorer to http://localhoast a screen comes up it has a German heading and no ability to do anything else.

Can someone help??
