Installed Tomcat add-on, but it's not running

Hi, I installed the XAMPP service (not the Lite edition) then the add-on installers for Perl and Tomcat.

But, the Tomcat service is not running, and yet I already have the pre-requisite of the Java runtime environment. Can someone please give me some tips?
