Install Problems on WinXP Pro

Okay. I have installed this once on a Windows XP home machine with no problems. I tried both the Lite and Full versions on this Pro machine and apache won't ever start up. I made it so that it wasn't installed as a service for a reason, and then when I use the apache_start.bat it says something like sock error can't bind to 0.0.0.0:80 can't write to error logs

and then it won't start...Thanks in advance for your help!

Wanted to inform you all...I did get it fixed. Make sure that if IIS (Internet Information Services) is installed, uninstall. Also, check firewall to make sure hole is made for Apache and MySQL.
