I would like to change the following unsecure status on my PC:
The MySQL admin user root has NO password
PhpMyAdmin is free accessible by network
These XAMPP pages are accessible by network for everyone

Please inform me with steps how to avoid this?

I need 100 % secure computer.

Hi,
1. I have DEACTIVATED: A MySQL server is not running or is blocked by a firewall!
How to install MYSQL when I started XAMPP. I have of course Firewall on XP which is active. Is possible that it will ber installed MySQL and work even there is Firewall?

2. it is still there unsecure: PhpMyAdmin is free accessible by network
