LAN problem

I dont know if my problem is answered on these boards (probably it is ...)
Im trying to build a forum for a company, so everyone on this lan can log in etc...
My problem is that when i setup the forum on the server, everything is ok. When someone on my lan tries to access the forum (example http://192.168.1.1/myforum)
it doesnt show any pic or style. Just text.
Any thoughts ? Thanx in advance.
