phpmyadmin Themes not working...

I'm sorry to sound like a newbie (indeed I am), but I'm having a problem with my installed xampp.

phpmyadmin themes is not working very well (very bad). It looks so messy with big fonts in my browser (firefox 2.0.0.3 and ie7). But the same installation and same browser (firefox) in my friends pc looks ok...

I've tried to reinstall xampp and everything related to it, but nothing happen. Please help. I can't work very well with this...

p.s.: xampp 1.6.1 has bug in phpmyadmin, it tells something about pma_showalltables or something... so, i'm using xampp 1.6.0a.
