Cant enable Apache or uninstall it..

Hello, i have a problem with my Xampp, it wont let me enable Apache or uninstall Apache I think the SVC might have bugged, and when i try to reinstall Xampp the same problem still exists. I tried restarting my PC but it is there.. It looks like this:



Does anybody have any idea what i should do??? please respond ASAP!
