Xampp Security

Is there any way to access the security URL WITHOUT going to http://localhost/security/? The company I work for block localhost activity and the IP address 127.0.0.1. If a major upgrade of XAMPP every comes out I have no way of configuring security.

Would this type of change be something you could consider for future versions of XAMPP. Security without having to use Localhost???
