1/ Can anybody tell me how compatible xammp is with VISTA?

2/ I am in the process of switching from html/css web page development to Drupal. It may be a broad questions but under which operating system XP or VISTA would be best?

Thanks!!!

1) Xampp will work on Vista on new release. :)
2) For now XP, Vista is not supported yet. ;)

Works very well. I have it installed on one Vista machine and my XP laptop. No problems with either one. Just remember to run the batch installer so your puter knows where the directories are. All features install as services perfectly in Vista (and XP), so you don't have to do a thing when you boot your machine up. Enjoy!

I have been running XAMPP on Vista for a week and ran into no Vista related problems.

vista and xammp are a great team for me. No issues.

Dont use that vista UAC shit either, that wont help things at all.
