Can Not Start Apache

I Can Not Start Apache :(

I just installed XAMPP, and tried to start Apache using XAMPP Control Panel.

I get a message in the Window:
Busy....
Apache Started.

However, it hasn't started (Button still says Start and no green "Running" text). If I click "status"; State=0, Service=0 for apache.

I can start MySQL w/o problems (Status => State=1)

I tried to run "apache_start.bat" in the XAMPP folder, and got the following DOS message:

Diese Eingabeforderung nicht waehrend des Running beenden
Bitte erst bei einem gewollten Shutdown schliessen
Please close this command only for Shutdown
Apache 2 is starting ...
(OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port)
is normally permitted. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

Apache konnte nicht gestartet werden
Apache could not be started
Press any key to continue . . .

Any clue how to fix this?

p.s. I am not sure if relevant, but I first installed XAMPP in the wrong directory. Immediately uninstalled (w/o ever running anything), rebooted, and reinstalled to the correct directory. After this, I tried to run apache for the first time.

Never mind... It turned out to be SKYPE...
I unchecked "use port 80 and 443 as..." (v2.5)
