Server Error 500

Postby Scooter7 » 19. March 2007 01:29

Hi, I installed XAMPP to my Windows ME computer, and fixed the security holes. Now, however, when I go to http://localhost and enter my new username and password, instead of seeing the XAMPP page, I see this:

Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 500
localhost
03/18/07 20:26:30
Apache/2.2.4 (Win32) DAV/2 mod_ssl/2.2.4 OpenSSL/0.9.8d mod_autoindex_color PHP/5.2.1

I didn't get that error before I fixed the security problems, and as far as I can remember, I didn't get it on my Windows XP installation either.
