HELP!

I cannot get PHP and mysql to run on my local PC!
This what I type in the browser.

http://localhost/Oscom/

and I get teh following error message.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $end in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\Oscom\index.php on line 270

does any one know what I am doing wrong.. does anyone have experience with oscommerce.

Have you tried other php files or pages. It just could be that the page you are trying has an error in the code.
