It lasted nearly 2.1/2 years but finally I've succumbed and reinstalled Windows on my local machine.

Now I'm trying to get my Xampp server setup running again under Windows. I've saved all the data folders from the old /mysql/data/ folder but I don't know where to find the users file for the various databases.

Can anyone help, please?

They are stored in the system database `mysql` ("\xampp\mysql\data\mysql")
