SSL? How to change cert?

Hi all, I have just gotten a new domain for my server, and I would like to reflect this change in my SSL certificate. How do I create a new one? Is it possible to use makecert.bat? I have heard that this could only be used once, so must I reinstall Xampp to get a clean cert again?
