Firewalls are not included in Xampp. It takes some learning to properly set one up.

If you have WinXP, you can learn to use the built-in firewall. However, here is a list of free firewalls for windows that may provide greater flexibility and security. By the way, Firewalls do not secure hard drives, they secure internet traffic. It should not make a difference what drive the application is on.

Free Firewalls:

EDIT: I just checked the links listed at this site. Most products are no longer free. So... check these sites:

I may not be able to help you. Your last post makes no sense to me.

However, please state the following:
Can you still pull up the standard XAMMP intro page? (yes/no, etc)
What is your O/S? (W2K, WinXP, Vista).
Are you using: Virtual Hosts, standard domain, don't know?

If you can pull up the XAMPP intro page on your server (81.102.251.48), then the firewall is not the issue. It is most likely an Apache configuration issue.

Oh, by the way, are you using XAMPP? If so, what version?
