Ques. Configuring Mercury Mail for multiple sites on one IP

Hi,

I look up how to configure multiple sites using vhost on apache.
However, I like to configure the mail server Mercury to send and receive email for those configure websites as well.

I look around and I couldn't find anything substantial to help me only sporadic stuff and not particularly for XAMPP win32.

Please refer me or tell me what I need to do to configure it correctly and how to test it as well.
