phpinfo doesn't show yaz as activated

is there any workaround to get yaz activated?

System WinXP SP2
Xampp 1.5.5
I've uncoment the line
extension=yaz_php.dll from php.ini in ../apache/bin/
Beside this line there is this comment:
; module make problems

How can I solve this?
