Why would the Xampp Control Panel be trying to connect to the Internet?

I have screen shot if needed.

Has no one else encountered this

It actually does not connect to the internet, it accesses the apache config and see's it's running, which if you have apache [edited]thats[/edited] your internet, the XAMPP CP is localhosting for the STATUS section, and thats it..
