Apache Friends Support Forum

I just did a clean install of XAMPP Windows 1.6.0a [Basic package]. After starting the services (Apache and Mysql) I go to http://127.0.0.1 or http://localhost and click on security and get this message "FORBIDDEN FOR CLIENT 0.0.0.0"

How can I get to the security console?
