http://localhost , where to find pass and username!?

Excuse my bad english, I'm from sweden.

Well, I wanted to change take a look at my server control panel. I want to go to http://localhost ... But It tells me that I need a username and password, I must have forgotten this. I really need help, this isn't the pass and username for mySQL och PHPmyAdmin, if I'm right?

Please, hope someone has a answer to me.
